Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Given the nature of the products sold, all returns must be initiated within five (5) days of the purchase date.

We do not do refunds for software licenses as they are digitally delivered. If your license does not work, we will troubleshoot the issue and then replace it with a new one. Please do not request refunds for software licenses. As a customer, it is your right and duty to read the product description properly and clear any doubts before purchasing.
– A 30% restocking fee will be charged for all returns/exchanges.
– For warranty claims not related to product quality, we will refund the full cost of the product.
– If the product does not meet the requirements above, the return request may be rejected.
Refund requests for the 5-day return policy expire 5 days after the warranty claim is made. For non-quality related issues with expired warranties, returns will not be processed.
